Talk to us.
One coach with a question and a federation weighing up a whole program both reach the same place. Say which you are and roughly what you are trying to solve — that is usually enough for a useful first answer.
Send a message.
It arrives as an email and is read by a person, not a ticketing system. We answer within two business days; if it takes longer than that, it is because the answer needed checking rather than because it was ignored.

Before you write.
Do I need to install anything?
No. XquiX Studio runs in a browser — open the link and the board is there. That is also why there is nothing to update and nothing for a club IT department to approve.
Do my players need accounts?
No. XquiX Studio is a coaching tool. You share a session with players as a link or an export, and they just look at it. Nothing is asked of them.
Is it only for water polo?
Water polo is the sport it was built for first, and it is the one the site shows. The Studio itself is not built around a single sport, and adding another is a question of the artwork and the rules rather than a different product. If you coach something else and want to talk about it, that is a conversation worth having.
Is it finished?
No, and we would rather say so. XquiX Studio is in active development: the board, the tutorials and the Game Tracker are real and usable today, and things are still being added and changed around them. If something you need is missing, telling us now is the point at which it is cheapest to add.
What do you do with what I send you?
A message from this page becomes an email to us and nothing else — it is not added to a mailing list and it is not passed on. What the Studio itself stores when you use it is set out on the Privacy page.
Can we see it with our coaching staff before deciding?
Yes. The free plan is the full board with no card and no time limit, so the fastest route is usually for everyone to open it and spend twenty minutes on it. If a walkthrough would help, ask and we will arrange one.
Something is broken. Where does that go?
Here is fine. Tell us what you were doing, what happened, and which browser and device you were on — those three things turn a report we cannot reproduce into one we can fix.
Or open it and have a look first.
Most questions answer themselves in the first few minutes on the board — and the ones that do not make for a much better email.
