Privacy
What we collect, and why.
XquiX Studio is a coaching tool, not an advertising business. We collect what the product needs to work and nothing we do not have a use for.
What is collected.
An email address, to create your account and verify it is yours. Coaching content you create — sessions, frames, squad names and numbers, and any game data you record. Basic technical information every website receives, such as your browser type and approximate region.
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not run advertising or advertising trackers.
- We do not share your coaching content with other users unless you publish it to a club library yourself.
Players and minors.
Coaches may enter player names and squad numbers. That information is entered by the coach, is visible only to the coach and any club staff they share it with, and is not used for anything beyond displaying it on the board.
Players do not have accounts and are not asked for anything. This point in particular needs legal review, since squads routinely include minors and the rules differ by country.
Your choices.
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask for your account and its content to be deleted, by contacting us. We will action deletion requests rather than discourage them.
