The arrangement, in plain terms.
XquiX Studio is provided by XquiX LLC. These terms describe what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
Using XquiX Studio.
You may use XquiX Studio to coach, teach and plan. You keep ownership of the coaching content you create — your sessions are yours, and we claim no rights over them.
You are responsible for the accounts you hold and for information you enter about other people, including players.
- Do not use the product to break the law.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service for other users.
- Do not resell access to accounts you hold.
What we do not promise.
XquiX Studio is in active development. Features change, and occasionally break. We do not currently offer a guaranteed uptime commitment, and would rather say so than imply one we cannot back.
Keep your own copies of anything you could not stand to lose. We take backups, but no sensible person relies solely on someone else’s.
